Red Raiders Open Season with Win at WNY Official's Invite

The Varsity Cross Country Team opened their season on Saturday, September 14th with a win in the Large School Division at the WNYTFCC Official's Invitational. The Red Raider's were paced by Mike Stadler '25 who finished first overall in 17:36. He was followed by newcomer to the team Spencer Frangou '27, the second Red Raider across the line in 5th overall. The rest of the team finished shortly after with Ryan Borrello '25, Dominic Davis '25, Nathan Klimtzak '26 and Thomas Pivarunas '26 finishing 7th-10th respectively and Maximus Sturniolo '25 claiming 12th place. The JV team finished 2nd in their race, Cam Bush '25 was second overall. Nathan Powers '25 and Kyle Roth '26 made their XC debuts and Nathan Riechenberg '26, Donavin Wittschack '27 and Teddy Reid '25 rounded out the JV Squad.
