St. Francis defeats #7 East Aurora 3-1

The Red Raiders earned an early upset win against a top-ten team defeating #7 East Aurora at home on Monday, September 9th.  With the win the Red Raiders moved to 2-2 on the young season.  Senior Charlie Allesi continued his hot start to the season with a team-high 24 kills and adding 5 aces in the win.  Senior Payton Mitchell was a blocking machine out of the middle putting up 4 blocks to lead the team while adding 4 kills on offense.  Junior Aidan Wallace had 28 assists, 2 aces, and 14 digs, senior Logan Burns had 11 digs, and sophomores Tom Zawada and Zachary Tyszka had 1 ace, 5 digs, and 1 block respectively.  Junior Luke Lanning had 6 digs and 3 kills in the win, while junior Cole Warner had 4 kills and 1 block.
